Do you really have no way of dong support through private means? I personally do not want do time and security sensitive issues through a public bug tracker. Im quite surprised and disappointed that you do not have a a private ticketing system. Im obviously talking about support for commercial products.
there is. you can mark the issue in the tracker as Private so only you and staff can see it..
