Hi,
I have purchased a cloudmin instance and have installed it on AWS. Everything is fine I can create virtual servers and reach them from the internet - great!
However, I have got a strange error message on the status page. It says:
A problem was detected with your Virtualmin license : Your serial number is licensed for only 1 servers, but is being used on 13.
The strange thing about it is that I have only one running instance but 13 is reported! What is wrong?

Howdy -- I'm under the impression that the way these AMI goodies work is that there's a single "magic license", and that you're billed by Amazon for the number of hours your instance is alive.
If you're receiving a license error, my guess is that something may need to be tweaked on the Virtualmin side of things. Joe and/or Jamie will look into that shortly (it's still early in CA!).
In the meantime -- your users won't see that error, and no one is going to shut off your software.

Looks like the special EC2 license didn't get migrated to the new system correctly. However, I have fixed this now .. if you click the button to re-check your license, it should no longer report a problem.
