Failed to start webmin = "LSB" ?

please, I have a big problem

I wanted and tryed to "restore" a virtual server ( from S3 ) , but ... without deleting the old one. The procedure started but it bugged.

I restarted the server by command line " reboot" but it's impossible to restart webmin. (systemctl restart webmin) and with the command: "systemctl status webmin.service" it returns:

My server is on " ssh root@212.32.255.36 " and the password is " yBSlvYNCxiuApD4T, ".
