Could you please be more specific about exact module you're using and what button exactly are you clicking and what error is returned (with opened browser's console)? Could you upload a screenshot? (using Edit button at the top of the post).

Unfortunately, MON Service Monitor is a very old and rarely used module and no longer entirely supported.

Okay, so I am curious why it is still available. What other monitoring services can I use within Virtualmin?

Oh, you certainly don't need this module. Have a look System and Server Status module. It's best and we'll supported.
