Hello!
I'm new to Webmin and I'm following the SSL Encryption section on the Securing Webmin page: http://doxfer.webmin.com/Webmin/Securing_Webmin
OpenSSL and Net::SSLeay are both installed and I've enabled the setting in: Webmin > Webmin Configuration.
However, I still get the "not secure" warning in the browser address bar: https://screenpresso.com/=eG2Jd
I'm using the Chrome browser.
What am I missing?
Thank you, William

If you click on "Not secure", does it show why the cert is being rejected?

Oh, I see it - you're connecting using an IP address rather than a hostname. An SSL cert can only be used to validate a site accessed by hostname.
