MySql 5.6 Clone and restore backup issues

I just update MySql to 5.6 and because this version now generates a warning "Warning: Using a password on the command line interface can be insecure." then restoring from a backup fails as well as cloning a site. For creating a backup this seems to be ok.

Make sure that in root's /root/.my.cnf file, no password is set for MySQL. If one is there, Virtualmin is forced to use a password on the command line for mysqldump which causes this error.
