can't restartScript no longer exists /usr/share/webmin/virtual-server/restart script.cgi can't restart the server, got gone

So I am running an HP 9400 workstation as a server, in the fact I can have my server and desktop It has Quad-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2380 × 8, two net card and a dual port video card (2 Nvidia cards in one) I am the 2 people using it, and I just bubbled the memory to 32 GiB I have been making staged backups but no idea how to restore maybe the older backup that may have had it The short story is I would like to not have to reboot the box after each install and configuration update any Ideas Thanks James Niland
