Not receiving license

I paid through Paypal, but after more than 12 hours i still haven't receive the license information.

Billing department please take a look.

Our shopping cart doesn't accept Paypal unfortunately.

We can manually process Paypal orders in some situations, but you would need to let us know here in the Support Tracker anytime a payment is made.

I do see your order in Paypal, but there is a problem -- we can't do monthly payments via Paypal since that's a manual process.

If you can switch to yearly next month, what I can do is issue you a license for a month now, and next month, you could send us funds for a yearly payment. Would that work?

Otherwise, I can refund your payment, and you could always pay via another way, such as a credit card.
