Go to "My account" on the sidebar, then check the "Software license" tab. Check if it's listed in there. It's possible when you purchased the email landed in your spam folder so I would check there too.

Ah, looking into your order, it appears to be in a "Pending" state.
We sometimes see that with Paypal orders... you may want to verify that you don't see an error within Paypal.
If you don't -- you might want to just try it again, or attempt a different payment method, such as using a credit card.
