In Webmin when you go Network and then Linux Firewall it gives an error: No iptables bootup action was found, indicating that the IPtables package is not installed on your system
CentOS 7, Fedora, RHEL and all future versions based on RHEL, Scientific Linux, etc, use firewalld instead of iptables as the default. Webmin is still trying to use iptables which is gone from new versions.

Yes, Webmin doesn't yet have a firewalld module. However, you can un-install it, install iptables, and then manage it with Webmin.

Yes I know and this is actually what I'm going to do, but since new installs will default to CentOS 7 it would be quite annoying having to install extra packages and disable the default firewalld on each new server deployment. Reason why I asked if this was planned for some future webmin version.

A firewalld module is on our todo list.
