Jamie, it looks like it's trying to install mediawiki-1.22.3.tar.gz , but only mediawiki-1.22.2.tar.gz is available.

It looks like MediaWiki version 1.22.4 is out already - you can have Virtualmin upgrade to the latest version of the installer which supports 1.22.4 by going to System Settings -> Script Installers -> Installer Updates and clicking Save.
