Could you please tell me what would be the best way to configure Webmin/Virtualmin to be used only with one domain name, not IP? So if I enter myserver.com:10000 Webmin would work BUT if I enter 1.0.0.1:10000 it wouldn't?

Howdy -- unfortunately, I don't believe there's a way to do that.
Webmin/Virtualmin would respond to a query on port 10000, regardless of what domain name or IP address was used to access it.
If you had multiple IP addresses on your server, you could always configure Webmin to listen on just one of them, rather than all of them. But if Webmin is listening on an IP address, it would respond to requests for that IP if a user entered that into their browser.
That's what I have already done as I expected that answer! :)
Thanks!
