Possibly a temporary DNS resolution problem on your system?

I have no problems with the ip license. I continue with the problem ...

If you SSH into your system and run :

host software.virtualmin.com
dig software.virtualmin.com

what does it output?

login as: root root@177.1.138.42's password: Last login: Mon Feb 4 18:57:55 2013 from 177.18.165.13 [root@tchod ~]# host software.virtualmin.com ;; connection timed out; trying next origin ;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached [root@tchod ~]# dig software.virtualmin.com

; <<>> DiG 9.8.2rc1-RedHat-9.8.2-0.10.rc1.el6_3.6 <<>> software.virtualmin.com ;; global options: +cmd ;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached [root@tchod ~]#

Yes, that looks like a DNS issue.

What does the /etc/resolv.conf file contain on your system?

Looking at your system logs, BIND appears to have crashed.

I restarted BIND, which corrected the issue. It's able to perform DNS resolution now.

Note that your system is seeing a very high load (the CPU load is currently 40.00), and I'm seeing disk errors as well in the logs.

You may want to boot your server into single user mode, and run e2fsck on your drive.

Now re-checking your Cloudmin license .. .. a problem was detected : The licence for this system expired on 2018-07-24

PROBLEM:

Cloudming is detecting the dropped licence instead to detect the new one which is in the available list of with status 'valid'. Servers are being detected properly.

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
