Can please you upgrade wget to version 1.12 so it can properly save CSS images?

Howdy -- the wget application is something that's provided by your Linux distribution, rather than by Virtualmin.
You'd need to work with the folks who provide your Linux distribution if you'd like a different wget version.
Also, some newer Linux distributions include wget 1,12, including Ubuntu 10.04 and Debian 6. CentOS 6 may include that when it becomes available. So another option would be to use a newer distribution than what you have now.
