I have also enabled the support login to my server

I've seen this Webmin error before, when the YUM cache gets corrupted somehow.

The fix is to run :

yum clean all
yum install webmin usermin

which I have done on your system.

What is the AWstats error message you are seeing?

THIS IS AN URGENT ISSUE AND WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR INPUT NOW.

a user on my server is trying to login to webmin at http://bislinks.com:10000. he is getting time out error. i dont understand why he is unable to login to webmin?

Which user is this?

Also, the awstats problem was caused by the awstats package being upgraded to the 6.9-2.el5.rf DAG version, which uses different paths. I downgraded your system to the 6.8-1.el5 version that we supply, and all is well now..

this is the error kcic got when he tried to log in

Sorry, you're right .. https isn't needed.

That looks like a network error to me. If you can login OK, and I can, it doesn't look like a problem with the system.
