mailparse

What is the best (easiest) way to install mailparse? Is there a method to do so from Virtualmin or webmin?

Support, but neither Webmin or Virtualmin has any support for mailparse. You might be able to install it from YUM at System -> Software Packages, or use the same page to install an RPM for mailparse.
