Try running "yum clean all" then re-trying the update.

ok that worked -- what causes this anyways ?

Last month for a short time our YUM repository had some in-complete metadata uploaded, which caused any clients to cache that bad data. Even though we fixed it, clients still cached the bad information until "yum clean all" is run.

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
