Reseller Can't Create Server b/c Bandwidth Limit

When I attempt to Create Virtual Server I get the following error:

Failed to create virtual server : Unlimited bandwidth cannot be selected, as you have a reseller bandwidth limit of 500 GB.

On the Create Virtual Server page, I see no place to adjust the bandwidth limit.

er, I think I have solved this, as I was typing the above post (which I submitted in case someone else has the same problem).

Log in as a Master admin, go to System Settings &gt; Bandwidth Monitoring and set <b>Bandwidth monitoring active?</b> to Yes.
