Disable cron module for users accounts?

I'm testing out virtualmin for a new hosting project I'm starting and I can't figure out how to remove some of the modules from a users virtualmin login.

The two things I'm trying to remove is the Telnet\SSH module and the Scheduler Cron module.

I know that I can go to each users account in Webmin Users when logged in as an administrator and uncheck the module I don't want them to have access to, but clicking on the user brings up the warning about editing a Virtualmin created user account.

What is the preferred or recommended way to do this?

You can choose what modules virtual server owners have access to in the Module Configuration page in the "Extra modules available to server administrators" section.
