user email adding by user

How can i have users create new email accounts by themselves in there account in virtualmin and usermin and webmin without my help another words i dont want to have to log into webmin or vitualmin as root to add additional email accounts for my users i want them to be able to add additional email accounts/addresses ( joe@xxxx.xxx sam@xxxxx.xxx ETC )by them themselves. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks russ digihlp.com

Howdy,

Sure, what you would do is create a new Virtual Server -- which is a domain that includes web, email, and FTP access.

Every Virtual Server has an admin who can manage it. You'd give one user the admin account, which only has rights within that particular Virtual Server, or domain, to do things -- like adding email addresses.
