Apache2 modified sources

Hi,

Recently I was playing with Virtualmin and noticed that VM utilizes it's own Apache packages.

First, it would be really nice to know exact reason for that.

Second since I need to add some modification to my Apache, I would like to put my hands on sources. I've looked at apache2-source available in repository and didn't found anything.

We provide the source packages, as well, generally...but if you'll tell me your OS and version, I'll check to be sure the repo has source packages for your system.

The difference in the Apache package is simple. suexec_docroot is set to /home. This is the only change in our provided Apache binaries.

I am talking about Ubuntu Hardy/8.04.

And there is no source packages only apache2-source package which doesn't contain modified source.
