Database user failure in "validate virtual servers

I ran the "validate virtual servers" and it shows two domains without mySQL user names. I went to the DB manager for each of these domains and clicked "Save" for using the existing username.

However, it did not make a difference on the validation. I can login to phpmyadmin with the username and password.

How do I get the validation to succeed?
