Mailman error

centos 5.2 + virtualmin pro + Mailman 2.1.9

We are getting this error:

Error - Missing Content-Type Header

We can't find anything in /var/log/httpd/error_log

The permissions in /usr/lib/mailman are right ...

We can create lists, add users and send mails, but we can't manage them.

In /var/webmin/miniserv.error we get errors like this:

... /virtualmin-mailman/unauthenticated/listinfo.cgi/mailman : Missing Content-Type Header
su: cannot set user id: Resource temporarily unavailable

The permissions in /usr/lib/mailman, /var/lib/mailman are ok

The settings and permissions in /etc/mailman/sitelist.cfg, /etc/webmin/virtualmin-mailman and /usr/libexec/webmin/virtualmin-mailman are ok too.

This happens only in one server with Centos 5.2, we think it was after we updated the server with (the other ones are not updated yet):

yum update

The python and the perl version seems to be the same in the updated and the not updated servers (by consulting with the command: yum info python and yum info perl)

By the yum update this packages were updated:
