Does your SPF record cover all the mail servers that your domain email accounts send from?
Post your SPF record.
If by MS you mean Microsoft and all it's Hotmail, MSN minions then there is more than SPF you will need to make sure is correct to meet their guidelines.
Should come back with something like:
borgnet.net. 38400 IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx ptr a:borgnet.us ip4:71.32.15.192/28 mx:mail.rollernet.us mx:mail2.rollernet.us include:auth.spf.rollernet.us -all"

try using dig to get your SPF records also.
dig domain.com TXT
Should come back with something like:
