errors on backup - Domain not found!

I'm getting errors while doing a backup, here is the output;

Creating backup for virtual server example.com ..

  Copying virtual server configuration ..
  .. done

  Backing up Cron jobs ..
  .. none defined.

  Saving mail aliases ..
  .. done

  Saving mail and FTP users ..
  .. done

  Backing up mail and FTP user Cron jobs ..
  .. none to backup

  Copying records in DNS domain ..
  .. domain not found!

  Backup failed! See the progress output above for the reason why.

I did a validation of virtual servers and all came back with: BIND DNS domain : No DNS zone found for domain

Bind shows dns records for all domains
