Some errors occurred while upgrading your system to Virtualmin Pro. Please check the messages above for possible causes.

But i thinks is because i need to add virtualmin repository to source.lists, or no?

Yes, I believe this happens if Virtualmin was installed using deb packages, but not using our install script to setup apt and install everything.

If you still have the Upgrade option, try creating a GPL entry in your sources list:

deb http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/debian/ virtualmin-etch main

I believe the upgrade process will correctly process this line to give it access to the Professional repository. (But you should check to be sure...I've also seen an upgrade that left the GPL repo configured, though I believe that bug has been fixed.)

This is probably buggy behavior, though it upgrades are a somewhat hazardous process and we're trying not to break things that are not configured the way we expect them to be configured, so I've asked Jamie to check out this thread.
