restoring from a file off work station

Is it possible to get the restore facility to restore from your desktop file ( through upload) instead of having to upload it to a directory and then run the restore from an already uploaded file?

That would certainly make life a little more friendly. I recommend to our clients to ( though we try) make their own backups also, off site. And desktop is the most probable place.

Just one less step to do.
