Mailman logout after each click

example.com is the main domain of this server (hostname at install, PTR, MX, etc...) subdomain1.com is a "Virtual Server" in Virtualmin/Webmin terms

Mailman Management Webinterface works for the main domain, but at subdomain1 the mailman Administrator is thrown out at every click, and needs to login again.

http://s3.example.com/mailman/listinfo/listone Click at the bottom on Administrative interface takes user to https://s3.example.com:10000/virtualmin-mailman/unauthenticated/admin.cg... Subsequent clicks on Management etc, work

PROBLEM On subdomain1 the mailman Admin is logged out at every click, and needs to login again.

It seems that there is some issue with cookies only written for the main domain of the server, and not for the Virtual or Sub Servers?

Anyone knows where to check for finding a reason for this symptome?
