Number of Hosts

With the basic Virtualmin Pro license can I run the software on two different hosts if one is just my test/learning system on my home LAN and I am not directing external traffic to it? I will be installing virtualmin pro on a VPS system as I move up from a shared host system and would like to be able to test all of my system changes locally before moving them to the VPS.
