Problem sending email

I have a number of users who are unable to send email from mail clients or webmail. They both get basically the same error:

insufficient system storage Server replied: 452 Insufficient system storage

Although, when I login to virtualmin, I have plenty of disk space and memory available.

Any suggestions?
