[SOLVED] Postfix doesn't receive emails

I have created a domain in VirtualMin. Now the domain can be accessed in http.

1) But I cannot connect to its pop3 or smtp server.

2) I've used the Readmail section to send emails. It can send email out to my yahoo account. But if I try to send emails to the domain that I have set, the emails stay in the queue.

3) I've tried to configure the General Options, but I wrongly set the second field to nothing that Postfix sent locally all emails in the queue and now I lost all the emails in the queue. Can I get them back?<br><br>Post edited by: desperatedcoolman, at: 2008/03/13 08:13

You haven't mentioned a lot of details we kinda need to be able to help.

Did you use the install.sh script to install and configure Virtualmin and the services it uses, or did you install everything manually?

What OS/version are you running Virtualmin on?

What's in the maillog or mail.log when you attempt to perform actions that are failing?

Centos5
yes, I used the install.sh script

1)
I can connect to pop3 now.
There was a bug in devocot in Centos5.
See:
http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/rhel-dovecot-error-while-loading-shared-li...

2) it's been solved too
problem of mailbox_size_limit and message_size_limit

3)
I think the mails that were lost cannot be recovered...
All mails of real(public) domain names were treated locally and, of course, addresses couldn't be reached.

Thanks very much for your time.
