Remplace existing Server by Subdomain

Hi all!

Simple question: how to make in the best way remplacing on the level of Virtual Server VirtualMin old domain name by sub-domain of existing site?

Ex.:

booble.com - is expired, and i want to use, booble.mooble.com instead it, with all the structure of the pages. booble.com(that site is quite dynamic, on typo3) was configured on the level of Virtual Server VirtualMin. mooble.com - directly on the level of Apache.

So, what should we configure to create booble.mooble.com and to point it to existing data. IP-forward? Alias?

That's all! Thank You for Your suggestions :)

Wouldn't it just be easier to renew booble.com ?

And no there is no other way do this.

Heck -- .com domains are cheap -- $8 bucks for the most part.

Post edited by: sgrayban, at: 2008/02/19 06:24

Thank You very much for Your advic, but in this case it's not possible, because expired not the domain, but possibility to use it - it's belongs to an external company.
