proftpd passive mode error

Hello.

I have a problem with the proftpd server. I can access it with some users using filezilla in passive mode, but with other users I am disconnected from the server.

here is the output of the proftpd log:

FTP session opened. USER [user1]: Login successful. error setting IPV6_V6ONLY: Protocol not available FTP session closed. error setting IPV6_V6ONLY: Protocol not available FTP session opened. USER [user2]: Login successful. error setting IPV6_V6ONLY: Protocol not available SECURITY VIOLATION: Passive connection from [address] rejected.

any idea why this happns and how to fix it?

But do you have trouble accessing the server in passive mode? Or is your problem just related to that IPV6 info on the logs? Besides the problem of not being able to connect in passive mode, if I connect in active mode, it is very slow...even though I am on the same lan as the server.

but still I have no answer...
