The command to set a user's quota is not defined

This may be a bug.

When I go to "Module Config" for Virtualmin, then go to "Use external commands to get and set quotas?" and click "Yes", leaving all the "use standard programs" radio buttons set and then click "Save" and then "Recheck and Refresh Configuration" I get the error message "External quota commands are enabled, but the command to set a user's quota is not defined or does not exist"

This raises an alarm with me, because before I upgraded to the latest version of Webmin (1.390), this was working.

Whatever. I go back into the module config and then explicitly specify which commands to use for setting quotas, with complete path and everything, which I verify by logging into the server with SSH and using the 'whereis' command. On the command line, I have no trouble setting user and group quotas.

Even if the upgrade totally hosed the way Virtualmin handles quotas, this should override whatever Webmin does, right?

But... no. I get the same error: "External quota commands are enabled, but the command to set a user's quota is not defined or does not exist"

Sorry, but the command does exist, and it is defined. Is there anything that I could possibly have done wrong, or is this a bug I should report?
