unable to access newly created virtual server

I have created a site called ginkodigital.com I have tried installing phpmyadmin, wordpress, among others into the root directory of the account. The site does nothing but timeout. Installing into a subfolder works fine for phpmyadmin but not wordpress. There's no errors i can see.
Also script installs take 5 minutes or more(wordpress is the worst). Any ideas? I am trying to sign up a new client and obviously this makes it impossible to do so.

I have tried removing the server and re-creating it with no change.

Hi,

It may take some time for DNS records to be updated. At the moment there are no A records for ginkodigital.com domain returned.

Start with checking domain's glue records on registrar side.

well when i started writing the ticket dns was fine...now it's flipped back...looks like i am going to bark at the registrar..thanks..:)
