VHCS2 to Virtualmin

In our company we run a few VHCS2 servers. We want to upgrade these servers to Virtualmin as VHCS2 is not maintained and is full of security leaks.

Has anyone here performed such an upgrade? I'd love to hear experiences. Can it be done on the same server without too much downtime? Can it be automated,etc.
