Mass Add RBL's to SpamAssassin

I know theirs a huge number of disadvantages to adding loads of RBL's to spam assassin but this is for domain/ip checking and performance testing. I already have a source list of 70 RBL's and want a method to bulk add them into spam assassins local.cf or point it to a list file.
