After upgrading to Webmin 1.953 if found that I am unable to access Linux Firewall (iptables). When I first went to see if the arrow graphics were fixed there was nothing to be seen. I then checked to see if it was in active edit mode. It was and and changed it back to file, saved and then it just sat and attempts to load the page. What I found is that when the link is clicked a process iptables-restor starts at 100% CPU. If I end (Kill) the process the page then loads. Same if I try to add an entry and it tries going back to the main page the process goes crazy again. Same with IPv6, just the process is ip6tables-resto as expected.
Yep I reckon this is broken .. I can load the page but no tables are shown .. oddly enough I have firewalld managing on one of my servers & I also do not get the warning that firewalld is managing the firewall but in the terminal everything works
iptables -Lshows the firewall working fine

Ok, I see the bug that causes this - it will be fixed in the next Webmin release. You can also see the patch at https://github.com/webmin/webmin/commit/3db98c7a2de21147753f2c28da9c39a6...
Did the patch & can report everything is working correctly thanks
