How to enable '--disable-dom' ' '--disable-xmlwrit

Hi,

I have need to enable these modules.

'--disable-dom' ' '--disable-xmlwriter'

( There are need to be enabled for php script)

I dont know how to do this ?

Can anyone help me ?
