im can't create a virtualmin plugin script

Ok im read the docu of plugin script. and create this files. im have a GPL version

virtual_feature.pl haves:

virtualmin-wget-lib.pl haves: [code:1]#!/usr/bin/perl

im delete the webmin cache :) When a i go to system settings>>features and plugins>> im get the error:

Some suggest to fix it ? im wrong ?
