The monitoring software Prometheus is quite popular. Are there any plans to support it in Virtualmin?

That's unfortunately not likely software we would add built in support for anytime soon.
However, reviewing the setup and documentation, I don't believe it would cause any trouble with standard Virtualmin tools. That is, it shouldn't interfere with Virtualmin or it's dependencies if you want to install it yourself.
