I have purchased the Virtualmin Unlimited and now need support. I have sent several emails to the following addresses with no response. joe@virtualmin.com sales@virtualmin.com support@virtualmin.com
I have many questions i need support with and would like to know how to contact support.
The best place to get help is in the forums or in the issue tracker (see below in the menu section labeled "talk and get help"...click "bugs and issues").
Email works, too, but I'm overwhelmed with email these past couple of months. It usually takes a day or so for me to respond. Sometimes more if the question is particularly difficult or vague (very generic questions, without specific examples, are very hard to answer quickly and so they often get pushed into the "I'll have to answer that later" pile, and the pile has been growing lately as I try to figure out how to stay on top of all of this email).
