Forums in read only mode for a couple of hours for data migration

Howdy all,

I'm putting the forums into read only mode for the next couple/few hours while I migrate to a new Discourse-based forum (fingers crossed...I've tried to make this switch once before but found some problems with the previous migration, which I think I've now sorted out).

If all goes well, we'll be on a new and much more powerful and nice to use forum before the night is done.
