Hi, I've stopped and disabled the bootup of the processes clamav-daemon and clamav-freshclam but every 60 minutes if I take the command top I can watch 2-3 processes name clamscan that use 40/50% of CPU..
How to disable this scan?

If you set it to virus scan your incoming mails, that's probably it. Try disabling it on features and plugins
