Using S3 to backup any file or folder, not just Virtual Servers

So I've figured out the S3 backup for Virtual Servers, but what if I just want to backup a mounted folder full of files to Amazon S3 Glacier, for example? There doesn't seem to be a built in way to select S3 under the Webmin interface.

Ideas?
