how to get empty public_html

Hiya,

Perhaps i am missing something,

but when I create a new domain, the resultant public_html folder has directories such as icon stats git ect in it.

This is a pain as I often want to clone a git repo straight into public_html, and get a directory not empty error.

I don't want to disable aw-stats reporting or git, but I would prefer to move the generation of these folders to one directory up (Inside the domain home folder)

where can I configure this?
