Primary interface ip address?

Virtualmin defaults to a private ip address when adding virtual web servers. I was able to add a secondary, public address whihc seems to work but I am curious how I can completely and permanently remove the private one..

When do I go in webmin/virtualmin to do this, or what config file do I edit?
