roundcube install script

Hi All, trying to update a sites roundcube from 1.3.6 to 1.3.9 i get an error about mysql Package php-mysql-5.4.16-46.el7.x86_64 is obsoleted by php-mysqlnd-7.3.5-1.el7.remi.x86_64 which is already installed

Centos 7 with php7.3 from remi

I wonder if i bump this up manually will i loose the ability to use the script installer later, once this is fixed?

Well I tried installing php-mysql5 (even though its old), that didn't help....
