Refused to connect.

I get this every few days on one of my VPS's when I open virtualmin - a reboot will fix it in seconds - I just wondered if there was any thing I could do to kick it off at the server end - its Ubuntu 18 I just had a look at the active topics - seems like a Korean bot has visited - Hope my post survives the cleanup thanks
