SFTP problems

Hi,

I have troubles with any SFTP client I use regarding uploading/modifying files.

This is quite a new issue and I don't remember seeing this kind of problem before.

I created a FTP user in the Edit users of a virtualhost, and use SFTP via port 2222 (it seems Debian 9 doesn't handle regular ftp connections on port 21 anymore by default).

It is OK withcreating a file, deleting another, but everytime I want to modify anything, I get the following error in sftp.log : OPEN command for /path to file/ blocked by 'STOR' handler.

Can anyone help ?
